A blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. The vineyard is cradled by the rosé and the summer sea breeze which preserve freshness and acidity. This rosé comes from a meticulous blending of grapes from the vineyards located around Brignole and Cuers.

The grapes are sorted at the plot, they arrive in whole bunches. They are then lightly crushed and slowly pressed, which allows us to obtain a lightly colored juice. In order to preserve the freshness of this wine, the temperatures are controlled. This is why the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. As well as the malolactic fermentation which allows to obtain a fine and structured Provence rosé.

A pale and brilliant pink color. Nose on yellow fruits (peach, apricot) and on passion fruits. Mouth with a finish on citrus peels. This wine has a round and greedy profile.

The Jolies Filles like sophisticated dishes such as lobster salad and carpaccio of bass. Perfect with a tangy cold ratatouille on toast and slivers of fresh goat cheese and basil.
