Winemaking techniques: The juice comes from complete bleeding of the vats of Grenache (after a very short maceration of 2 to 6 hours in an inert atmosphere) and is fermented at low temperatures to conserve all the delicate flavours of the Grenache variety.
Color: The colour is pale livened up by salmon tints.
Nose: The expressive bouquet is reminiscent of floral notes and fresh strawberries.
Palate: A light and fruity wine that reveal delicate aromas of gourmet red fruits.
Food pairing: Serve chilled (11°c -12°c) with summer salads, panfried vegetables, grills or even red fruits dessert.
