This is an intriguing dry white wine. The Grenache Blanc lends power to the wine, while the Roussanne brings aromatic complexity, and other grape varieties like Clairette provide minerality.

A lively wine that is perfect as an aperitif, or served chilled with Bouzigues oysters or grilled Mediterranean red mullet.

The wine has a very bright, pale golden colour.
The nose reveals notes of anise, honeysuckle, flowers and Mediterranean herbs.
The attack on the palate is delicious, with ripe fruit, grapefruit and a rich, long finish. Nice balance between body and vivacity.
