Adrianus Gold is an unfiltered beer brewed with wheat and oats according to an old Leuven recipe. It is named after the Leuven Pope in the 16th century. Breda Brewery is restarting the Leuven city brewery in historic Leuven. The Leuven brewery is named after its founder in the year 1627 whose surname was Bredael.
